We’d love to host your special event
Function Room Hire
Our fantastic function room which holds 120 people is available FREE for adult parties to celebrate special events, although we ask for a refundable £100 to cover any breakages or special cleaning.
It is also a great venue for Children’s birthday parties where we charge a non-refundable £75.
You can arrange your own catering, band or disco and can connect your own device to our sound system.
Booking Rules: The Event holder MUST be a club member. If that member has less than 6 months’ membership, they must be sponsored by a member with at least 12 months membership.
If you have a date in mind, please email info@theoatlands.co.uk with your request so that we can check if the date is available. You can download a booking form here, complete your details and send it to info@theoatlands.co.uk or hand it in to the bar. Or simply call in to the club and ask for a room booking form.
