The club re-opened on Monday 17th May and opening times going forward are:
Monday to Thursday: 4pm – 11pm
Friday: 2pm – 11pm
Saturday: 12pm – 11pm
Sunday: 12pm – 10pm
Everyone entering the club must check in using the NHS Covid App. Posters will be displayed around the club for you to scan. If you don’t have the App, you must give your details to a member of staff.
Please use the hand sanitizers provided and keep your face mask on until you are seated. By law, we can only operate table service at the moment so please do not approach the bar. At busy times, you may have to wait a little longer to be served so we kindly ask for your understanding.
There is a one-way system in place, entering via the main doors and turning right into the lounge bar. We kindly ask you to follow the one-way signs.
NOTICE OF THE AGM TO BE HELD ON 4th JUNE AT 7.30pm
The long overdue AGM will be held in the concert room start at 7.30pm. The formalities usually take around 30 minutes so it would be appreciated if as many members as possible could attend to show your support in what has been an extremely difficult year the club and all its members.
Ahead of the AGM, copies of the Annual Report and Balance Sheet are available to read in the bar.
SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR 2021
The committee took the decision to waive subscriptions for 2021 as the club has been closed for much of the last 12 months.
Having no income from subscriptions is a big loss to the club’s finances so, if you are able to make a donation to the club, you can do so by speaking to Kate or David at the bar who will provide you with an envelope. All donations will be most gratefully received.
